The third track on the record, Wicked and Divine, is as high energy as it gets. Dynamic stops, screaming guitars, and compelling melodies. We always try our best to showcase the best of our abilities in everything we do, and this especially rings true in this song.

The bones of Wicked and Divine were conceived in an attic, but the finishing touches were brought on in the middle of the night (As a lot of our best ideas do) over the phone in a tiny apartment. The very same night, we finished our ending track, "Move On".

It just goes to show what we can accomplish together when the ball is really rolling, and how dedicated we are to our craft.

Lyrics

Because I love you so
Because I told you so
You're always one step ahead
And I'm six feet below
With every step you take
I will be right behind
I'll step into the light
You know that I don't mind

Intertwine our lives
The wicked and divine
We're running out of time
Break your shackles made of clay
If this is freedom I'd rather be in chains
When kings and queens bow down to peasants in the streets
I'll taste defeat

When will I see you next
It's driving me insane
Cold blood and cheap red wine
And memories like a stain
This back and forth we do
I can't seem to quit
Proving what I'm worth
But I ain't worth a shit
No you ain't worth a shit

Intertwine our lives
The wicked and divine
We're running out of time
Break your shackles made of clay
If this is freedom then I'd rather be in chains
When kings and queens bow down to peasants in the streets
I'll taste defeat

Intertwine our lives
The wicked and divine
We're running out of time
Break your shackles made of clay
If this is freedom then I'd rather be in chains
When kings and queens bow down to peasants in the streets
I'll taste defeat
